(Books and trade magazines from Hanser Verlag)
I’m in my element again because I’m getting familiar with a new topic. This time: the technology of injection moulding (“Spritzguss”), or rather the question of which companies in Germany are buying or planning to buy injection moulded parts.
I look forward to talking to buyers who try to find new suppliers who – apart from standard injection moulding – offer additional services such as printing (“Tampondruck”), spray-painting, and assembly.
This could be toy-manufacturers, automotive-suppliers, or companies in the cosmetics and packaging industry. Or Spritzgusstechnik-companies that due to rising energy cost, shortage of skilled workers (“Fachkräftemangel”), or other bottlenecks and supply-chain-problems look for opportunities to outsource some precision moulding work to trusted suppliers within Europe and neighbouring countries (basically, we are talking about nearshoring).
Once again, I am happy about every item I find in my household or “on the street” that fits my topic. And once again I find what I am looking for at Hanser Verlag when it comes to quickly familiarising myself with the technical background.
One of the greatest discoveries along the way is the YouTube-Channel of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Martin Bonnet, Welt der Werkstoffe (“The World of Materials”). Simply ingenious!
As for the topic outlined above, I look forward to new contacts and enquiries: +49 89 46 22 42 48. I am happy to tell you more and if interested put you in touch with my client.
Also, don’t hesitate to contact me, if you are interested in my Market Research and Business Development services for Germany.
